It looks like IBM is showing the newest version of TM1 on its website:  TM1 9.5.  Here is the link:

From the datasheet some interesting new features:

• Personal Scenarios
• TM1 Contributor Client
• Static, dynamic or conditional picklists
• Undo/Redo!
• Multi-Pane Docking?
• Color-Coded Data Changes!

These sound like an interesting set of new features for TM1!
